What is The Distinctive Agent LAB?

DAL is a transformational community designed to help you grow your business. Each week we will come together to learn how to leverage, amplify and build your business. Using SCALE: The Agent Evolution, we take agents through the process of growing a business. This weekly virtual coaching session will be held on Wednesday morning from 10 am to 11 am starting in April. Each call will be recorded and stored on our site.

Who can participate in the DAL program?

This program is a membership group for licensed real estate agents. 

What is the format for the mastermind?

Each week we will tackle a key principle to help your business. We will begin each call with a celebration of wins from the week before. Then we will move into our teaching time or Q and A with a top agent. Then we will move into our group discussion on how to implement what we learned. Finally we will end with a weekly challenge. The weekly challenge is set to help grow your thinking and increase productivity.

Are there any prerequisites to join?

You must be a licensed Realtor. The Distinctive Agent Lab is designed for agents ready to elevate their business, regardless of current experience level.

Can I sign up a team?

No.  Each sign in will need to be an individual account.  If you would like to purchase a package of at least 5 or more, please talk with a Luxury Home Magazine sale representative. 

What is the duration and structure of each session?

Each weekly class lasts 1 hour and includes a mix of micro teaching, Q&A, and group discussions. The full schedule is available on our community calendar.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and will be available on our community site. You can catch up on any missed content at your own pace.

Can I pay monthly?

Shopify has a program that will allow you to pay monthly. 

Who should sign up for the Distinctive Agent Lab?

Committed agents ready to SCALE their business beyond the Hustle level needs to join! As Tomas mentioned, this first level for most agent can lead to burn out, lack of leads closing or worse, leaving the business altogether. We want to give agents a space and place to grow towards becoming the Rainmaker!

Where will the classes be hosted?

All classes will be hosted on Zoom.  You will be able to find all the information on the community calendar. 

Can I join at any point in the year?

Yes. The course is setup to be an ongoing  community of learning.  No matter when you join the class, you will have access to all past calls.  Feel free to watch any of the calls on the community site. Keep in mind Summit pricing is limited.
